Nicholette’s leadership is grounded in her genuine ability to see people and bring out their strengths. She leads with integrity, collaboration, and determination, building OTune Radio and OTune TV in a fast-evolving media landscape and growing the station from strength to strength.

Diana Nunes was the heart behind the scenes at OTune Radio and a co-founder in every sense of the word. She was the quiet force who made things work when no one else saw the moving parts — the IT mind, the technical backbone, the calm problem-solver, the producer who held it all together.
Diana supported our hosts and DJs with patience, care, and unwavering dedication. When something broke, she fixed it. When someone needed help, she showed up. When the station needed grounding, she was there, steady, reliable, and deeply committed to the vision of OTune Radio.
She didn’t need applause. She cared about the work, the people, and the community we were building. Her fingerprints are on every broadcast, every stream, every moment of connection that flowed through this station.
Diana passed away suddenly last year, but her presence remains woven into OTune Radio. In the way things run. In the way we support one another in the spirit of service, collaboration, and heart that continues to guide us forward.
We honour Diana not only for what she did, but for who she was, a family, a builder, a protector of the vision, and the quiet strength behind the sound.
Her voice may be silent,
